The New Jersey Dominican Officers Association is a united force of Dominican officers and officers of Dominican descent from various law enforcement agencies in the State of New Jersey. Our mission is to foster a strong sense of brotherhood and sisterhood among our members, while working collectively towards the betterment of each other, the Dominican Republic, its law enforcement agencies, and its people.
Our association is founded on the principles of unity, integrity, and community service. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where members can connect, share experiences, and offer guidance and mentorship to one another. Through our collective strength, we aim to enhance the professional growth and development of our members, promoting their success and advancement within their respective agencies.
As ambassadors of the Dominican Republic within the law enforcement community, we are dedicated to promoting a positive image of our culture and heritage. We aspire to break down barriers and build bridges of understanding between law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve, fostering trust, harmony, and effective collaboration.
With a deep commitment to community service, we actively engage with the Dominican Republic and its communities, striving to make a lasting impact. We support initiatives that promote safety, education, and overall wellness, working in partnership with local organizations, government entities, and community leaders to address the unique needs and challenges faced by our communities.
Through training, education, and networking opportunities, we empower our members with the tools and resources necessary to excel in their roles as law enforcement professionals.
