Our mission at New Jersey Dominican Officers is to empower Dominican and other Hispanic law enforcement officers by providing resources for professional growth, advocating for equitable practices within the justice system, and facilitating community outreach. We are committed
to build trust and understanding between officers and the diverse communities they serve.

NJDO organizes educational programs, networking events, and community service activities designed to bridge cultural gaps and promote a more inclusive society. Our goal is to create a safer, more connected community where every voice is heard and valued.
